For one of our clients, a financial institution based in Geneva, we are looking for a:
CENTRAL FILE OFFICER
Job description
- Process and maintain client data within the banking systems, including the set-up and configuration of new accounts
- Review account opening documentation and perform due diligence checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of client files
- Prepare and maintain client-related reports, including KYC data and documentation
- Handle administrative aspects related to current accounts, portfolios, pricing and discretionary management mandates
- Process account closures and manage blocked accounts
- Verify and certify client signatures in accordance with internal procedures
- Manage and maintain e-banking access
- Ensure the proper filing, archiving and electronic maintenance of client documentation
- Scan and process account opening files, transfer instructions, correspondence and EAM-related documentation
- Ensure client records and documentation remain accurate and up to date
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation and operational processes
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position within a Swiss bank
- Strong knowledge of banking and account-opening documentation
- Good understanding of Swiss and international banking regulations
- Good knowledge of FATCA and CRS requirements
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Rigorous, precise and well-organised approach to work
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Good command of MS Office applications and familiarity with banking systems
- Fluent in French and English; any additional language is an asset
- Swiss domiciliation required
