For one of our clients, a prestigious Asset Manager based in Geneva, we are looking for an :

SENIOR INVESTMENT MANAGER- REAL ESTATE

Job description

Developing the strategy within the Multi Manager Real Estate team to build up a portfolio of funds and co-investments
Developing new relationships through brokers and a professional network of contacts and business partners
Sourcing investment opportunities in funds and co-investments
Leading full due diligence process on funds, co-investmets and secondary opportunities
Presenting and defending recommendations in front of the investment committee
Monitoring portfolio investments in Private Real Estate

Profile required

A minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a similar role in Real Estate, either through direct, fund invesments or investment banking supported by a personal track record
In-depth understanding of investment processes
Established network in the Real Estate Fund industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
