For one of our clients, a private bank based in Lausanne, we are looking for an :

 

ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

 

Job description

  • Provide daily support to Relationship Managers in their client-related activities (correspondence, meeting coordination, documentation).
  • Manage client administrative tasks, including account opening procedures, CRM updates, and handling of client inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in the preparation of client invitations and related communication materials.
  • Prepare all documentation required for client visits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor client portfolios and execute client instructions, ensuring proper documentation in the CRM tool.
  • Proactively support Relationship Managers in meeting defined key risk indicators in line with the agreed risk profile.
  • Act as deputy for other assistants and handle selected RM responsibilities during absences.
  • Coordinate client events in collaboration with the Events & Market Management team.

 

Required profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within private banking or wealth management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in french, and either English or German.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously while supporting a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong client service orientation and high level of discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
