AUDIT MANAGER

Job description

• Manage a portfolio of national and international clients
• Lead and coordinate audit engagements, with a strong focus on IFRS standards
• Supervise the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements under Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS
• Handle complex and judgmental accounting topics
• Plan and organise audit missions (risk assessment, budgeting, timelines, quality control)
• Lead special audit assignments (e.g. capital increases, company formations, specific mandates)
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on accounting and financial reporting matters
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the year
• Supervise, coach and develop junior team members
• Contribute to the growth and development of the audit practice
• Promote internal methodologies, tools and best practices

Required profile

• Swiss Certified Audit Expert (or equivalent)
• 6 to 10 years of experience in external audit, including initial managerial exposure
• Strong expertise in IFRS, with good knowledge of Swiss CO and/or Swiss GAAP FER
• Proven experience auditing consolidated financial statements
• Ability to analyse and challenge complex accounting issues independently
• Experience managing international clients and multiple audit engagements
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication abilities
• Fluent in French with a professional level of English
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
