For one of our clients, a well-established venture capital firm based in Geneva, we are looking for a :

REPORTING & DATA ANALYTICS - PRIVATE MARKETS

Job description

The objective of the role is to help super-charge the Reporting & Analytics function, driving efficiencies and increased data-driven decision-making for the firm.

• Understand investment and reporting systems architecture
• Produce reports, statements, and dashboards
• Review financial statements and cash flows
• Support portfolio company valuation and year-end audit
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Identify continuous improvements and support system implementation
• Handle ad-hoc requests 

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's in finance, economics, engineering, or business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial accounting
• Database querying experience (SQL knowledge is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment 
• Highly motivated, independent, adaptable
• Excellent attention to detail and ownership of work quality
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Critical thinking for process and report improvements
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Effective problem solver
